The success of this program hinges on court space, coaching, and equipment.
We are actively seeking coaches, club partners, and sponsors.
Coaching
We’re looking for coaches to help plan and facilitate our programs! You’ll have a chance to work with great players and build new tennis communities.
Responsibilities
ON THE COURT
- Commit to being at sessions at one of our locations
- Plan practices including warm-up, drills, etc.
- Communicate with other coaching and ATS staff on player progress.
OFF THE COURT
- Help us recruit new players and expand our programs to more locations in the Puget Sound area
Requirements:
- Must be at least level 3.5
- Enthusiastic, excited to work with our players and build community
Prior experience working with people with disabilities is not required. ATS will provide all necessary training.

We partner with tennis clubs across the Puget Sound area to continue expanding our network and getting us closer to our vision of establishing tennis communities within 30 minutes of a person’s home. What we provide:
- Funding to reserve a regular court time and financial assistance for players as needed.
- Training and curriculum development
- Equipment
- Open houses and events to recruit new players
Funding
